We have a fixed-pricing and unlimited consultation program that encourages communication between the owner and accountant/CPAs as well as professionally produced monthly QuickBooks financial reports. We are pro-active in today’s technology world. We offer our accounting services in paperless environment to our clients on a secure portal through our web-site so we can share data between your business and our accountants and CPAs. We also have a virtual server option for hosting your QuickBooks file so that we can both work in your QuickBooks file at the same time.
Tax Preparation & Planning
Prudent financial management necessitates focused attention to tax planning. We hold at least two tax planning meetings each year with our Tax CPAs. Of course, we also take care of preparing your business and personal tax returns - all included in the fixed monthly fee.
Fractional CFO
For businesses who already have internal bookkeeping, we may be engaged to provide part-time accounting leadership in the following areas:
Reconcile, review, and assist internal staff with accounting and QuickBooks problems
Generate financial QuickBooks reports and explain to management what the accounts show
Evaluate cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, debt, etc.
Suggest improvements to financial and operational processes & internal controls
